Carolyn (Mccarter) Parker

Mrs. Carolyn McCarter Parker, 76, of Mooresville, passed away, Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2019 at the Gordon Hospice House surrounded by loved ones.

Mrs. Parker was born October 31, 1942 in Morganton, NC and was the daughter of the late Oscar G. McCarter and Mary Lee Craver McCarter. She was a graduate of Mooresville High School and was married to the late Billy Daughton Parker, Sr.

She is survived by two sons, Billy Daughton Parker, Jr. of Mooresville, Chadwick Oscar Parker of Mooresville, five grandchildren, Jennifer Parker, Jake Parker, Katie Parker, Madison Parker, Olivia Dison; seven great grandchildren and two brothers, Robert McCarter, Mike McCarter.

Memorial services will be held 4:00 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Liberty Baptist Church with Rev. Eddie Graham officiating. The family will visit with friends on Saturday from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
