Carolyn Sue Moore Miller

Carolyn Sue Moore Miller, 70, of Harmony, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 23, 2010 at the Gordon Hospice House of Iredell County. She was born in Marion, Indiana to the late Ralph and Lucille Beaver Moore. She was a homemaker who loved gardening and her family. She had a special furry companion dog Tibet and also a special friend and caregiver, Delilah Jones. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Little Miller of Harmony; two daughters, Tamara (Bryan) Macy of Winston Salem and Susan (Tim) Edwards of Statesville; one granddaughter, Meredith Anne Macy of Winston Salem; two sisters, Marilyn Jo (Lewis) Jenkins and Marcia Ann (Leon) Marlowe, both of Stony Point; her mother-in-law, Myrtle B. Miller; a sister-in-law, Mona (Jim) Elder; several nieces and one nephew In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Lowell Moore. There will be a private family service to celebrate her life at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Gordon Hospice House, 2347 Simonton Road, Statesville, N.C. 28625.
