Carolyn Levan Lamberth, 86, of Statesville, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2026, at her home.
Carolyn was born in Iredell County on May 19, 1939, and was the daughter of the late Henry Watson Levan and “Lucille” Marjorie Shoemaker Levan. She was a graduate of Troutman High School, and was married to Lawrence Guy Lamberth, who survives. She was retired from Intercraft Industries, and enjoyed her flowers and most of all, her grandchildren. She was a longtime and faithful member of Christ Boulevard Methodist Church and recently became a member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by a brother, Floyd Levan, and four sisters, Ruby Hartline, Betty Stillman, Helen Teague and Marilyn Levan.
In addition to her husband of 66 years, those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Teresa Ann Lamberth, of Statesville; her son, Timothy Guy Lamberth and wife, Tammy, of Richlands, NC; one granddaughter, Lauren Pickard; three grandsons, Jonathan Williams, Jared Lamberth, and Nick Lamberth; and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Friday, January 9 in the Troutman Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Dan Money officiating. Burial will follow in the Iredell Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will visit with friends prior to the funeral service from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.
