Carol Rea

Carol Campbell Rea, 82, of Statesville passed away on Saturday April 26,2025 at Iredell Memorial Hospital.

Carol was born on June 5, 1942, in Michigan to the late John Campbell III and Florence Homa. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John “Jackie” Campbell.

Those left to cherish her memory are Jimmie Rea; children, Kelly Hammons (Robert) and Jeff Rea; grandchildren, Allen Rea and Isabel Riddle (Benjamin); great grandchildren, South, Sadie, Savannah and Shelby.

Carol loved flowers and gardening, baking and spending time with family.

A celebration of life will be held Thursday, May 8th 6-8 pm at Troutman Funeral Home 345 North Main Street Troutman, NC 28166.
