Brenda Ann (Rouselle) Duncan

Brenda Ann Rouselle Duncan, 56 of Mooresville, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2023.

Brenda was born in Massena, New York on January 27, 1967.  She was the daughter of the late Vernon Rouselle and Madeleine Carrier Rouselle.  She was a graduate of General Vanier Secondary School and Ottawa University.   Brenda made her career with Duke Energy as a project manager in the Cyber Security Department.  On July 14, 1990 she married her beloved husband, Mark Duncan.

In addition to her husband Mark, and her mother Madeleine, Brenda is survived by her sons, Easton Duncan and Caeden Duncan, and her cousin, David Romeo.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
