Brad Pick, 67, of Statesville, NC, went home to be with the Lord on July 19, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 13, 1958, in New Castle, PA to the late Charles and Lillian Pick.
A devoted husband to Nancy for 45 years, a loving father to Nathan Pick (Susannah) of Bradenton, FL, Rachel Mahan (Kevin) of Manheim, PA, and Shara Gullette (Jon) of Mooresville, NC. He was a fun-loving grandfather to Kaleb Gullette, Ethan Gullette, Lily Gullette, Kai Mahan, Jude Mahan, and Dax Mahan. He is also deeply missed by his mother-in-law Joyce Kelly as well as many beloved siblings, nieces, and nephews.
Brad was a committed church member and elder at Landmark Church of God. He loved teaching Sunday School and went on mission trips to New Mexico, Uganda, and South Dakota. He built a career as a general contractor, known for the quality of his work and for his integrity. He was always willing to bring his children and grandchildren along on a project. Brad was also active in his community as an executive board member for the Republican Party of Iredell County.
He was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ, never shy about sharing his faith and living it out in everyday ways. Brad believed in hard work, integrity, generosity, and truth which he modeled in all that he did. He was endlessly proud of his children and grandchildren and took great joy in seeing them walk in faith.
Funeral services will be held at Landmark Church of God, 2200 East Broad Street, Statesville on Friday, July 25, 2025, with a visitation at 2:00pm and service at 4:00, officiated by Bishop Phil Pearson.
The family would like to thank all the friends and family who have reached out with love and support during this time.
