Bobby Warren

William “Bobby” Robert Warren, 87, of Statesville, NC passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at his home. He was born April 29, 1936, in Iredell County and was the son of the late William Glenn and Juanita Beckham Warren.

He attended Cool Spring School and was a veteran in the U.S. Army National Guard. Bobby was also a member of New Salem United Methodist Church and was a founding member of Cool Springs Volunteer Fire Department. He was the owner of Gray Rock Farms and loved farming, traveling, blue grass music, and the mountains.

In addition to his parents and wife, Edith Feimster Warren, he was preceded in death by an infant brother, Edward Daniel Warren.

Left to cherish his memory are two daughters, LuAnne Warren, husband (Marty Loyd), Tonya Bailey, husband (Joe Dan) and a son, Keith Warren. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Amber Harris, husband (Marcus), Calab Warren, wife (Sabrina), Daniel Bailey, wife (Kali), and Austin Bailey. His great-grandchildren are, Ryann Caudle, Gavin Warren, Gunner Warren, Naomi Harris, Nia Harris, Rylan Comeau, Liliana Harris. Further surviving is his sister, Judy Patterson of Statesville.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Bobby Warren will be conducted 3:00 PM, Saturday, January 20, 2024, at New Salem United Methodist Church with Rev. Tony Matthews and John Douglas officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will visit with friends one hour prior to the service at 2:00 PM in the church fellowship hall.
