Barbara Ann Decarlo

Barbara Ann DeCarlo, 91, of Statesville, NC passed away, Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the Gordon Hospice House. Born March 28. 1928 in Boston, Mass, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Kewer and Margaret Lynch.

She was a high school graduate and was married to the late Frank Paul DeCarlo, Sr., who died April 13, 2015. For many years, she worked for the Grapevine Liquor Sales in Boston. She and her husband, owned race horses and she was a big NASCAR fan and especially liked Jeff Gordon.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, one brother, a son-in-law, Donald Brunelle and two grandchildren, Joey Santamaria and Jessica Piccorilli.

She is survived by her son, Frank Paul DeCarlo, Jr. and wife, Billie of Statesville and a daughter, Barbara Ann D. Brunelle of Palm Coast, FL. Four grandchildren, two adopted grandchildren, six great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren and one step granddaughter also survive.
