Barbara (Pike) Carr

Barbara Pike Carr, 85 of Troutman, went to be with her Savior, Tuesday, May 9, 2023.

Barbara was born in Lynn, Massachusetts, January 4, 1938, the daughter of the late John and Greta Pike.  In 1959 Barbara married the love of her life, Lawrence R. Carr, who preceded her in death in 2012.

Barbara loved spending time with her family and friends, and had the most infectious laugh and personality.

Those left to cherish the life and legacy of Barbara include her daughter, Londa (Rick) Hodges, her son Matthew (Donna) Carr, her grandsons, Jason (Lea) Peschock, Steven (Elizabeth) Peschock, and Reid (Jackie) Hodges, her granddaughter, Elizabeth (Danny) Peschock and great grandchildren, Madison Peschock, Jamison Peschock, Maison Peschock, Emma Wylly Peschock, and Peter Peschock.  She is further survived by her brother, John Pike of Florida.

A celebration of life for Barbara will be held Friday, May 19, 2023, at Troutman Funeral Home, from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
