Barbara Ann (Sehlmeyer) Armstrong

Mrs. Barbara Ann Sehlmeyer Armstrong, 82, of Mooresville, passed away, Monday, October 28, 2019 at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Armstrong was born July 1, 1937 in Brooklyn, NY and was the daughter of the late Walter Sehlmeyer and Ruth Harken Aaron. She attended schools in Brooklyn, NY and was married to John Francis Armstrong, who survives at the home.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children, Debbie Daggett (Stephen) of Randleman, NC, Linda Leggio (Jody) of Sunset Beach, NC, John G. Armstrong (Mona) of Mooresville and seven grandchildren, Michael Astuto (Karen), Alyssa Astuto, Kevin Astuto (Erin), Jay Kresse (Brittney), Jessica Kresse, Nicholas Kresse and Ashley Ann Armstrong.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, November 1, 2019 at Troutman Funeral Home from 2:00-4:00pm and also from 7:00-9:00pm Online condolences may be made to the family at www.troutmanfuneralhome.com
