Banks Lee Moose, Jr.

Banks Lee Moose Jr. “Moose”, 50, of Troutman passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, June 8, 2025. Banks was born on October 23, 1974, in Indianapolis, Indianna to the late Banks and Shirley Moose.

Banks spent most of his time working as a mechanic, which he learned from his dad. In his free time Banks loved fishing and playing jokes on his friends, he also cherished time with his kids.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers Rodney, Robert, Tony, David, and Jerry.

Left to cherish his memory is his fiancé Kaycee Powell of Troutman, a son Dustin Moose of Statesville, Two daughters Aubree Knight of Statesville, Jupiter Cash of Troutman, a Grandson Kaiden Moose of Statesville, along with numerous siblings, nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be set for a later date and announced by the family.
