Archie Lee Miller, age 89, of Troutman, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at the Gordon Hospice House. He was born in Iredell County on May 12, 1936, and was the son of the late Roby Baxter Miller and Josie Huffman Miller.

He was a member of Troutman Baptist Church, Troutman Volunteer Fire Department, Duck Creek Gun Club and he served as a past Governor of the Statesville Moose Lodge and Legion. He retired as owner/operator of Miller Mobile Home Services.

In addition to his parents, Archie was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Glenda Faye Thomas Miller, who died on December 6, 2025; a sister, Jeanette Miller Mayhew; and two brothers, Billy Harold Miller and R.B. Miller.

Archie is survived by one daughter, Vicky (Roger) Money; one son, Edward Lee (Rhonda) Miller; grandchildren, Alan Miller, Chris Miller, David Money and Amy Money; nine great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, December 19 at Iredell Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends on Thursday, December 18 at Troutman Funeral Home from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Iredell County, 2341 Simonton Road, Statesville, NC 28625.

Arrangements for Mr. Miller are in the care of Troutman Funeral Home.
