Alice Cosner

Alice Marie Windsor Cosner, 56, of Troutman, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2018. Alice was born in Silver Springs, Maryland on March 27, 1961 to the late Elmer Norris Windsor and Ollie Mae Kisner. In addition to her parents, she was preceeded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph Edward Cosner Sr. in November of 2017, and a brother, Tommy Wayne Windsor. Those left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Joseph E. Cosner Jr. and Thomas Cosner; sisters, Barbara Barrows and Patricia Klindinst; brothers, Elmer Norris Windsor II, Robert Lee Windsor, Raymond Eugene Windsor; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. No services will be held at this time. Troutman Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Alice Cosner.
