Thomas Davidson Troutman

Thomas Davidson Troutman, 64, of Statesville passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Gordon Hospice House. He was born in Statesville on December 10, 1946 to the late Homer and Marjorie Shuford Troutman. He graduated from Troutman High School in 1964 and graduated with honors from Mitchell Community College. He served our country in the U. S. Air Force during the Vietnam War and was a retiree from Duke Power after 30 years of service. Mr. Troutman is survived by his wife, Gail R. Troutman; two sons, Bradley T. (Lisa) Troutman of Statesville and Marcus R. (Trina) Troutman of Troutman; one brother, Danny (Nancy) Troutman of Salem, Va.; and one grandchild, Austin Thomas Troutman. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at Troutman Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at Iredell Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Jill Rhinehart officiating. Pallbearers will be Brent Rogers, Dale Rogers, Heath Little, Jerrod Little, Dennis Stinson and Gary Estes.
