Bonnie Plott

Bonnie Pope Plott, 77, of Statesville, passed away at her residence on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.

Bonnie was born in Catawba County on March 9, 1948, to the late Paul Pope and Martha Moose Pope. She was a graduate of Bunker Hill High School, and she attended Eufola Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her brother, Jeff Pope.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 56 years, Carl Plott; son, Jonathan Plott; daughter, Christie P. Holman (Steve); grandchildren, Emily, Martha, and John Holman; sisters, Jane Wilson and Julie Calaway; brother, Melvin Pope.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, March 25 at Iredell Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends at Troutman Funeral Home prior to the service from 1:30pm until 2:30 pm.
