Betty Lou Densmore Stevens, 79, of Troutman, passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loved ones.

Mrs. Stevens was born on October 11, 1942, in Homer, Michigan and was the daughter of the late Harold and Allie Densmore.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, George Stevens, Jr., six sisters and two brothers.

Those left to cherish her memory include her two daughters; Melody Mueller (Steve), Cindy Robotham (Mark), four grandchildren; Dusty Wilcox (Gina), Derek Mueller (Lindsey), Lizzie Parker (Jason) and Sarah Lippard (Aron) and three great grandsons; Jaxson and Corbin Lippard, and Oliver Mueller.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 am Friday, August 19 at Mountain Road Baptist Church with Rev. Jamie Fox officiating. Visitation will be held 9:30 to 10:00 am prior to the service. Entombment will follow at Iredell Memorial Gardens.

Memorials may be made to Gordon Hospice House at 2341 Simonton Rd, Statesville, NC 28625. The family would like to express their appreciation to the Gordon Hospice House and Home Health Care for their excellent loving care.
